I thought it'd be fun to start a blog run on the various aspects of a wedding as I'm always being asked for my opinion on numerous subjects. So to begin this "26" letter adventure, let's start with the wonderful letter "A"...

When I think of the the letter "A" I automatically think of "Altar". The altar is where one of the most important events of your life will take place and it is where you will stand in front of your family and friends and declare your love and recite eternal vows to the person who is and will always be by your side. The event that takes place at the altar is primarily the whole reason for the celebration that takes place afterward. So when I get asked the question...

"Do I really need flowers or decoration for the ceremony?"

my answer is always a resounding "Yes!". Regardless if you think that the ceremony portion of your wedding is something that is only going to last 15-30 minutes, it is still the sole purpose for the months and months of planning you have done up to that very point. The altar should get the respect that it deserves and get a chance to shine as much as the other parts of the wedding. Below are a few ideas that you might consider to decorate your altar area...

Translation: One of my favorite flowers of all time! I get so excited when they start appearing at the flower mart. I buy bundles upon bundles in every shade. We have some here at the shop today, stop by and pick some up, it'll be love at first sight!
